Custom Design Inquiry

Happy to help you with a custom design. Let me know the specifics and I will invoice you for my art fee. Your patch doesn’t need to be my artwork, if you have a design ready to go we can do that too. Just keep in mind that for patches I can’t do small orders, I need a minimum of 100 patches to have them produced. If you have any questions just fill out the form and I’ll get back to you. Custom Patch Terms & Conditions

  1. Artwork for a custom design requires a design fee priced at the discretion of Low + Lethal depending on complexity. The artwork will not be begun until the design fee is paid in full.
  2. Payment for custom patches is non refundable and non transferable.
  3. No refunds for custom patches. Embroidered patches have 2 customer approval gates, the first being digital artwork, the second being a picture of a patch sample prior to mass production. PVC patches have 3, digital artwork, mold rendering, and a picture of a sample patch. If artwork is provided by the customer, it constitutes as the first approval. If a customer is out of reach and does not respond to mold rendering or sample pictures within 48 hours, Low + Lethal reserves the right to approve on behalf of the customer. A customer approving all gates relieves Low + Lethal from liability of dissatisfaction of product outcome concerning design and color.
  4. Customers may receive compensation if the physical quality of the patch is in question. Determination on whether compensation is granted is at the discretion of Low + Lethal. Low + Lethal reserves the right to offer such refunds in store credit.
  5. Production of patches cannot be canceled, or halted. Production cannot be expedited or rushed.
  6. Customers must allow 3-4 weeks on average for receipt of custom embroidered patches. Allow 5-6 weeks for custom PVC patches.
  7. Ordering custom patches constitutes as agreement to these terms and conditions.
